We pride ourselves in quick response
At HalfOffServers.com we pride ourselves in offering quick and responsive technical support. Our policy on support ticket responses are 30 minutes on critical issues (I.e. Server down issues). 2 hours on non-critical issues (between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm CST). In off business hours, non-critical issues have a 4 hour window of response.
